A film fixer is a person who arranges interviews, location permits, press accreditation/ Media cards, transportation, accommodation, meals, security and location scouting among others. Film fixers can also be referred to Local Fixers who organizes every thing for effective filming activities.

Who is a film producer?

A film producer is on someone who is responsible for finding and launching projects, arranging finance, hiring writers, a director, and a creative team, and supervising all pre-production, production, and post-production events until film release. In other words, the film producer is the over roll over seer during filming production.

Who are the Filmmakers?

Also called Movie makers or film crew – group of people or persons who makes film, especially for use in photography. More so, a filmmakers is the director or a producer of motion pictures.

Film making or Film production – Its a process by which films are made. Because most of the film productions are now digital, film-making refers to the process of crafting an audio-visual story commercially for distribution or broadcast. When making films, there are a number of complex and discrete stages, including an initial story, idea, or commission. It then continues through screenwriting, casting, shooting, sound recording, pre-production, editing, and screening the finished product before an audience that may result in a film release and an exhibition.

Casting – Is a pre- production process that involves choosing actors to fill the role in a particular TV show, movie, commercial or play. Casting director is responsible for choosing actors however, he or she presents these actors to the directors and producers who then make their final casting decision.
